Returns

At this time, due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.


We do not offer returns. If an item does not work out within 15 days of receiving it, we will accept exchanges or returns for store credit towards your next order. For exchanges, please ensure products have not been washed, worn, or damaged.

To return a product for an exchange or store credit, please contact us at hello@youarethewolf.com within 15 days of receiving the item to start the exchange/return. If you contact us after the 15 days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return/exchange.

Please note: to return item(s) you will be responsible to pay for shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item(s) has been returned and inspected, we will send new item or process the store credit. Depending on where you are located, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Shipping Processing Time

At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada and do not ship internationally.

All orders are processed and packaged within 4-5 business days and will be shipped out via Canada Post. The time for orders to arrive may vary depending on where you are located, especially during holiday seasons.
